HOW TO USE: It is best to wash your hair at least 1-2 times per week. If you wash your hair more frequently Long N' Strong works faster. STEP ONE: Wash you hair with the Long N' Strong shampoo, then rinse out. STEP 2: After rinsing out the shampoo, wash your hair using the Long N' Strong Treatment Lotion and leave it in for at least 2 minutes, then rinse it out. STEP 3: After you leave the shower, you may apply a small amount of the Leave-in texturizing serum upon styling your hair. This reduces frizz and helps protect hair further during styling.
